1. Who we are

Unicourn ("we", "us", "our") is a synthetic data platform. Our registered address and contact details are available at unicourn.com/contact.

2. What data we collect

We collect:

• Account information (email address, name) provided during sign-up.
• Usage data (pages visited, features used, error logs) to improve the service.
• Payment information processed securely via Stripe — we do not store card details.
• Files you upload for the purpose of generating synthetic data. These are processed and stored temporarily in Supabase Storage and deleted upon your request.

3. How we use your data

We use collected data to:

• Provide and operate the Unicourn service.
• Send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset).
• Improve the product and diagnose issues.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Data retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Uploaded datasets and generated files are retained in Supabase Storage and can be deleted at any time from your account settings. We will delete all your data within 30 days of account deletion.

5. Third-party processors

We use the following sub-processors:

• Supabase — database and file storage (EU region).
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Google (Gemini API) — AI inference for data generation.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication (Supabase session cookies). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
